Degy Entertainment Launches DegyTix, a White-Glove Ticketing Service for Concert & Event Organizers
S For Story/10705633
DegyTix builds the portal, runs the sales, and handles settlement, so organizers can focus on the event.
DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - s4story -- Degy Entertainment today announced the launch of DegyTix, a managed, full-service boutique ticketing service for concert and event organizers. Formerly known as TicketSilver, DegyTix now operates as part of the Degy Entertainment family of companies and is free for organizers to use.
Most ticketing platforms hand organizers a dashboard and walk away. DegyTix takes the opposite approach. Every organizer is paired with a dedicated account representative who builds the ticketing plan and pricing tiers, sets up a custom portal and branded ticket page, and sends everything back for approval. Once approved, events can go live in as little as 48 hours, and DegyTix stays with the organizer the whole way, managing sales, backend client services, and reporting through final settlement.
"For nearly 30 years, Degy's clients have trusted us to handle the buying and major details around their events. Ticketing should be no different," said Ari Nisman, President & CEO of Degy Entertainment & DegyTix. "I'm excited to layer DegyTix on top of our existing services."

The launch rounds out the services Degy offers event organizers. Clients who already work with Degy for talent buying or full-service event management through Degy360° can now handle ticketing with the same team, while organizers new to Degy can use DegyTix on its own for any event.
DegyTix is free for organizers. There are no setup fees, no hidden fees, and no per-ticket charges to the event. Ticket buyers pay a transparent per-ticket service fee.
Each ticketing plan is custom built to maximize revenue. Organizers can use tiered ticketing, bundles, add-ons, and upsells, along with promo codes, targeted discounts, and early event access for specific tiered groups. Custom branded e-tickets carry sponsor logos, event branding, and attendee instructions, while unique single-scan barcodes block screenshots and ticket sharing. Organizers also get real-time reporting, with per-sale notifications and a web portal for sales, attendee data, and accounting. At the gate, staff can validate tickets quickly with the DegyTix iOS and Android venue app.
