DFW Pulse Makes It Easier to Discover Events Across Dallas-Fort Worth
S For Story/10701456
Local event discovery platform brings together free events, festivals, live music, family activities and more from +30 DFW cities in one place.
DALLAS - s4story -- Local event discovery platform brings together free events, festivals, live music, family activities and more from 30+ DFW cities in one place.
DALLAS-FORT WORTH, Texas — DFW Pulse, a local event discovery platform serving the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, is helping residents and visitors find events and things to do across more than 30 North Texas cities.
With events happening throughout Dallas, Fort Worth and surrounding communities every week, finding activities can require searching through dozens of city calendars, venue websites, social media pages and event platforms. DFW Pulse was created to make that process easier by bringing local event information together in one searchable destination.
Visitors to DFWPulse.com can discover a wide range of activities, including free community events, festivals, live music, arts and cultural events, family-friendly activities, food and drink events, markets, outdoor recreation and other local experiences.

Users can narrow their search by factors such as location, date and event category, making it easier to find activities that match their interests and schedule.
"Dallas–Fort Worth has an incredible number of events happening every week, but the information is often spread across many different websites and social media accounts," said Amir Sadeghian, founder of DFW Pulse. "Our goal with DFW Pulse is to make discovering what is happening around the Metroplex much simpler."
Helping People Explore Beyond Their Own City
One of the goals of DFW Pulse is to encourage people to explore more of North Texas.
Instead of limiting event discovery to one city, the platform allows users to browse activities taking place throughout the Metroplex. Someone living in Dallas, for example, may discover an event in Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Arlington, Fort Worth or another nearby community that they otherwise would not have encountered.
DFW Pulse also places a strong emphasis on helping people discover free and affordable activities, from community festivals and outdoor concerts to markets, cultural programs and family events.

Supporting Local Event Organizers
In addition to helping consumers find things to do, DFW Pulse provides another way for local organizations to increase awareness of their events.
Businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, venues and event organizers can submit qualifying local events for consideration on the platform, helping them reach people actively searching for activities throughout Dallas–Fort Worth.
As DFW Pulse continues to expand, the platform plans to strengthen its relationships with local organizations and develop additional tools that connect DFW communities with events and experiences happening around them.
