A Founding Member of 100 Black Men of Atlanta, he was honored with their Man of the Year Award. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha and Sigma Pi Phi Boulé Fraternities. Leveraging his vast network of relationships, he has garnered financial resources for important causes, particularly related to education, youth, young adults, and healthcare in the African American community.  He spearheaded successful, complex fundraising events, raising millions of dollars for scholarships, mentoring programs, and other charitable causes.
