This is supported by more intuitive navigation controls for opening item details and selecting a product for the replacement item. The new release greatly improves the product entry process on claims, promotes greater accuracy and reduces time and effort in claims processing.

Additionally, a new visual indicator on the quality of the original item description and related fields has been added. This improves the Like-Kind-Quality (LKQ) matching, as the more detail the original item description contains, the greater the accuracy in LKQ replacement matching will be. This is further supported by an improved dashboard which includes claim summary information, enabling users to quickly check the current state of claims processing.
