GOODYEAR, Ariz. - s4story -- Eduardo Sosa announces his swearing-in as a member of the United States Marshals Service Posse for the District of Arizona, effective July 29, 2026. This role represents another important step in his continued commitment to leadership, public service, community engagement, and support for law enforcement throughout Arizona.
Sosa was sworn in by the United States Marshal for the District of Arizona and will serve as a member of the United States Marshals Service Posse. In this capacity, he will support operations, assist organizational leadership, and contribute his experience to in support of the United States Marshals Service.
The appointment reflects Sosa's longstanding dedication to serving others and his belief in strong partnerships between law enforcement organizations, community leaders, civic organizations, and the communities they serve.
Sosa brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across private and public-sector, including management, operations, communications, organizational development, community relations, and strategic planning. Throughout his career, he has held positions requiring coordination among diverse stakeholders and understands the importance of professionalism, accountability, preparation, and clear communication.

His service with other agencies, has further strengthened his experience in law enforcement and as a first responder. Through service, he has participated in assignments focused on supplemental assistance, community support, and public-service resources.
"I am honored to have been sworn in and as a member of the United States Marshals Service Posse," said Sosa. "I appreciate the confidence placed in me and look forward to supporting the Posse leadership and fellow members. Public service is a responsibility I take seriously, and I am grateful for every opportunity to contribute to the communities we serve."
Sosa recognizes that membership in this organization carries a responsibility to maintain high standards of conduct, professionalism, and integrity. He intends to approach this assignment with the same commitment demonstrated throughout his professional and volunteer service.
Community engagement remains an important part of Sosa's service philosophy. He believes strong relationships between law enforcement and the community are built through communication, cooperation, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to public service.
