Federal Apostille USA Launches Nationwide U.S. Department of State Apostille Service
S For Story/10704562
Federal Apostille USA, headquartered in Washington, D.C., now offers nationwide apostille and authentication of federal documents, including FBI background checks, IRS and SSA letters, naturalization certificates and DD-214s.
WASHINGTON - s4story -- WASHINGTON, D.C. - Federal Apostille USA has launched a nationwide service that helps individuals and businesses obtain apostilles and authentications from the U.S. Department of State for federally issued documents. The company is headquartered in Washington, D.C., with offices in Houston, Austin, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Seattle, Portland, Chicago, Charlotte, Boston, Philadelphia, Indianapolis, Seattle, Austin, Memphis, Minneapolis
Denver, Miami, New York, Richmond, West Palm Beach and Atlanta, and accepts orders from all 50 states online and by mail.
Federally issued documents cannot be apostilled by a state Secretary of State. They must be authenticated by the U.S. Department of State's Office of Authentications, a step that often confuses people preparing paperwork for work visas, overseas residency, international adoption, marriage abroad or foreign business registration. Federal Apostille USA manages that process from start to finish, reviewing each document before submission to reduce the risk of rejection and delay.

Documents handled include FBI Identity History Summary (background check) reports, IRS forms and certifications, Social Security Administration letters, Certificates of Naturalization and Citizenship, DD-214 military records, federal court documents, and FDA, USDA and DEA export certificates.
For customers who still need their FBI background check, the company offers a combined FBI check and apostille service, so applicants can complete both steps with one order. Its West Palm Beach office provides in-house fingerprinting for FBI background checks.
Federal apostille service starts at $299 for documents destined for Hague Apostille Convention countries. For non-Hague countries that require embassy legalization, service starts at $399. The FBI background check and apostille bundle is $399.
"Most people don't realize a federal document follows a completely different path than a birth certificate or diploma," said Samantha, founder of Federal Apostille USA. "We built this service so customers anywhere in the country can get federal documents authenticated correctly the first time, without having to figure out the State Department process on their own."
