In its 26^th year, Dominion Films provides producer services for clients and creates independent in-house projects. The training classes focus on raising industry standards while providing opportunities for entry to anyone 16 years and older. The classes are updated often to incorporate new technology, practices and protocols and are based on actual real-world standards and workflows for feature films, music videos, reality and competition shows, etc.

Class attendees gain the opportunity for long-term success with, or without, film school. "In fact, many of our trainees are film school graduates who have film school technical  instruction, but need the training between film school and the real world," Howell says.

During the pandemic lockdown in 2020, Dominion Films developed a COVID Compliance Officer certification course, with input from OSHA, resulting in safer production operations. Topics include: working relationships, ethics, paperwork, getting work and more. Dominion Films was founded in 1997 to produce and contribute to (in-house and client) projects with meaningful stories and messages that touch hearts across genres. The training division seeks to open industry doors for all, while raising standards as new trainees enter the industry.
