As You Wish Publishing Gives Back With Every Collaborative Book
PHOENIX - s4story -- Upon formation, the owners of the small family-owned publishing company called As You Wish Publishing recognized the importance of charity. They have since given thousands of dollars to various charities through support from their collaborative book authors. These charities include small organizations that do not often benefit from national exposure. AYW has donated to several organizations: Million Little, an organization helping youth in L.A. heal from trauma using creativity; StreetLight Girls, an organization committed to helping at-risk and sex-trafficked children heal from abuse and find the shelter and resources they need; Hearts Helping Humanity, an organization that has supplied resources to those in need during the pandemic.
"We use books as tools for social change, not just entertainment, and we are committed to making that a reality," states Kyra Schaefer, CEO at As You Wish Publishing. "I love the adage, 'rising tides raise all ships.' Each of us can make a difference, even if it is only in some small way."
