The interactive book, with writing prompts and thinking exercises, invites young explorers to understand their inner and outer worlds, how the brain makes up stories for us to live in, and how to write their own life stories filled with their own dreams, discoveries, and joys.

The seed for Brainy's Mind Over Matters series was planted when, as a child, Madelaine lost her father to work stress related illness. This tragic event was formative to her own career path, where she now helps busy professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs master their minds so they can have happier, healthier, prosperous, and productive lives for themselves and all the big and little people counting on them.
