The venue is located at 2733 North Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802.
Henry Turner Jr.'s Listening Room opened on February 13, 2014 as a tribute to famed bluesman Tabby Thomas and is modeled after his club Tabby's Blues Box, which is where Henry cut his chops as a young musician, along with King Solomon who played in Tabby's band.
In 2015 the room moved to the Atrium at the Belle of Baton Rouge Casino. When that contract expired in 2016 an opportunity arose to take over the original facility and expand the hours of operation to Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
