LOS ANGELES - s4story -- Stage Left Creative and Zemma Productions are proud to announce the premiere of "HOA," a new, scrollable sitcom created for the mobile-first generation. The series is set entirely in a luxury highrise in Los Angeles, where a cast of characters engage in a struggle over the building's homeowners' association. The show is rolling out this September with new episodes premiering every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

"HOA" stars Beth Triffon (The Goldbergs) as "Beth Pimentel", a new resident who arrives and quickly finds herself at the center of the conflict. Beth's attempts to navigate the chaotic politics of the building are constantly thwarted by a hilarious cast of neighbors.

The series boasts an impressive ensemble cast of comedy veterans and social media stars, including the legendary Stephen Tobolowsky (Groundhog Day, Silicon Valley) and Christopher Callen, (Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas). They are joined by a talented roster of actors and creators: Reggie De Leon, Brittany Carel, Annie Korzen, Johnny Ramey, Jeremy Guskin, Cathy Worthington, Raji Ayac, and Sheila Cutchlow. The show also features the popular social media personality Ross Pomerantz, known to millions as Corporate Bro.
