As the trend moves away from fashion jewelry,  we spoke to Houston's own famed Hollywood Jeweler, Aldo Dinelli of ICON Jewels, he focused on the rise in demi bespoke jewelry as a strong trend in today's market.

"I am getting a lot of calls this season for creating something new, something fresh. I am seeing clients spend upwards of 15k - 35k on ICON Bespoke. Building a fresh mounting for that stunning Diamond or Emerald gives the estate piece a reintroduction to its own social circle. We sit with our clients and together re design a statement piece, of course there is always that handful of Texas fashionistas that love to collect signed vintage jewelry or Texas size diamonds that will dazzle any red carpet in today's Texas circles."

Last night ICON Jewels top two picks from Golden Globes for Texas Gala Season.

Zoe Deutch spectacular look was picked as the perfect ICON look. Picked the perfect pairing for her plunging V-neck Fendi Couture gown — an eye-catching Harry Winston pendant. She wore over 110 carats worth of diamonds and sapphires from the brand, including the sapphire cabochon pendant necklace, sapphire and diamond Flower earrings, and two sapphire and diamond rings.

Cynthia Erivo paired her three Bulgari rings (featuring sapphires, rubies and diamonds) with a jaw-dropping Bulgari wreath necklace worth a whopping $3 million. It features a 40-carat cabochon center sapphire, surrounded by 56.65 carats of diamonds and sapphires.

The 30-year veteran in the trade, Aldo Dinelli has a history of collaborating with many jewelry houses, style icons, Hollywood stars and famed musical legends, like, Sir Elton John, Paula Abdul, Toni Braxton, as well as mega athletes. Throughout his career as a jeweler he has courted Presidential Families, including the late George H. W. Bush / 41st President of The United States.

His first opportunity opened at Cartier NYC, in 1990, where he was under the wing of both Arnaud Bamberger, Executive Chairman of Cartier Worldwide, and Ralph Destino, the Chairman-Emeritus of Cartier, Inc.  It was here that Dinelli  showed his natural ability, tenacity, and dedication, and that in turn awarded him the respect and mentorship of the 'Quiet Legend' in the industry, Mr. Louis Glick, as well as other famed, powerful jewelers and "Godfathers" in this industry like Simon Critchell, and William Goldberg.
