Impact & Influence November 2026: Joel Rodriguez Tirado on Gratitude, Family & Legacy

November issue: A Season of Gratitude, Family & Giving + Joel Rodriguez Tirado on appreciating what we have.
SACRAMENTO, Calif. - s4story -- Impact & Influence Magazine has released its November 2026 issue, inviting readers into a season of gratitude, family, giving, and legacy.
November has a way of reminding us to slow down. Thanksgiving brings us together, Veterans Day reminds us of service and sacrifice, and communities turn toward giving. But for contributing writer Joel Rodriguez Tirado, November has become about something even more personal: appreciating what we already have before spending so much time asking life for more.
He used to think about blessings through accomplishments and opportunities. Today, he thinks about people—his wife, children, grandchildren, family, friends, mentors, and associates. He thinks about conversations that changed his direction and people who believed in him when he struggled to believe in himself.

He especially thinks about his parents. "Losing my mom and dad changed the way I understand time," writes Joel Rodriguez Tirado. "I cannot simply pick up the phone and call my parents. It makes you understand that some of the moments we consider ordinary today may become the memories we would give anything to experience again."
"That is why Thanksgiving means something different to me now," he writes. "When I look around the table, I realize the most valuable things aren't actually on the table. They are sitting around it."
Joel Rodriguez Tirado also reflects on giving. "Giving isn't always financial. Sometimes what another person needs most is our time, knowledge, encouragement, or belief in them."
He addresses men's health awareness, reminding readers that being a provider also means taking care of yourself. And he emphasizes that loving our families and preparing for our families are not always the same thing.

"Legacy isn't only the amount of money we leave behind," writes Joel Rodriguez Tirado. "Generational wealth should always be accompanied by generational wisdom."
He closes with a challenge: "Before asking for more this November, take a moment to recognize what is already around you. Tell people what they mean to you while they are still here to hear it. Because sometimes the greatest expression of gratitude is becoming a blessing in someone else's life."
Published by JRQTV Media Group, Impact & Influence Magazine continues its rapid growth since its January 2025 debut. The November 2026 issue is available now in print and digital formats.
