PHILADELPHIA - s4story -- Inner Strength, a 501(c)3 non profit educational organization, has been invited to participate in this year's virtual Welcome America celebration. As part of Independence Blue Cross' #mindPHL activities, Amy Edelstein, founder and Executive Director of Inner Strength Foundation will be featured during Philly Live with Aunyea Lachelle on NBC 10 to share how to utilize breathing and meditation to relax and support your mental health. Join her tomorrow June 30, 2020,  from 11:30am to 12:00 pm on NBC 10.

The Inner Strength Mission

Inner Strength has received the coveted designation from CASEL (Collaborative for Academic Social Emotional Learning) as an approved social-emotional learning (SEL) program. Inner Strength  provides educational tools including mindful awareness, focus, and compassion techniques to improve psychological, behavioral, and physical health and well-being. It also was honored with a Philadelphia Social Innovation Award for Violence Reduction.
