CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. — Motocross enthusiasts, community leaders, family, and supporters gathered Tuesday, July 28, 2026, to celebrate the official ribbon cutting of Ivy Hill MX, a premier motocross training facility that is now open in Caroline County.
Caroline County Port Royal District Supervisor Nancy Long welcomed Mr. Randall Everett, founder of Ivy Hill MX, to the county and congratulated him on bringing his vision to life. "We are excited to welcome Mr. Randall Everett and Ivy Hill MX to Caroline County," said Supervisor Nancy Long. "We wish him continued success as Ivy Hill MX begins serving motocross riders throughout our region and contributing to our local community and economy."
For Everett, the ribbon cutting represented years of dedication to creating a first-class motocross training destination where riders can develop their skills through expert coaching, structured instruction, and quality facilities.

The ceremony marked the beginning of a new chapter for the region's motocross community as Ivy Hill MX officially welcomed riders to its state-of-the-art training facility. Designed to provide professional instruction and a safe, progressive environment for riders of all skill levels, Ivy Hill MX aims to become a leading destination for motocross training throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
The celebration featured the ceremonial ribbon cutting in front of the facility, followed by demonstrations on the motocross track showcasing the type of high-level riding and instruction visitors can expect at Ivy Hill MX.
Located in Caroline County, Ivy Hill MX offers private coaching, classes, and rider development programs designed to help motocross athletes improve technique, confidence, and performance in a professional training environment.
