Bostick, who earned her BFA in Illustration from the Cleveland Institute of Art and works as a resident teaching artist, has infused the story with colorful and dynamic visuals that reflect the book's themes of diversity and imagination. Her multi-disciplinary approach and collaborative nature have made her a perfect partner for this project.

A special book release party has been scheduled on Saturday, October 19^th from 4 to 6 PM at LitArtsRI, 400 Harris Avenue (Unit E) in Providence, Rhode Island. There will be refreshments and a reading by the author. Signed books will be available for purchase. Parking and admission are free.
