GILBERT, Ariz. - s4story -- Former Arizona entrepreneur, current sports official, and student Logan Mascarenhas has issued a formal statement to address and completely dismiss ongoing internet rumors conflating his identity with local indie-alternative artist Mack Beckett.
Following a major backend database indexing glitch on a third-party public relations wire system in late September, automated web crawlers and search algorithms incorrectly merged the digital footprints of Logan Mascarenhas and upcoming singer-songwriter Mack Beckett due to shared geographic data clusters in the Greater Phoenix area. This technical error sparked a wave of speculative online discussions and internet theories claiming the two separate individuals are the same person.

It is formally stated that Logan Mascarenhas is not Mack Beckett. The two individuals have never met, have never spoken, and operate entirely independent lives and projects. Logan Mascarenhas has absolutely no connection to Mack Beckett, Fntm Records, or any upcoming music releases associated with that project.
Data administrators are currently working behind the scenes with search engine indexing teams to fix the cross-indexed schemas and permanently separate the digital footprints. This statement serves to finalize the separation of records. No further comments regarding this algorithmic mix-up will be provided.
