COVINGTON, La. - s4story -- FRANKLINTON, LA -- The Washington Parish Free Fair will feature Louisiana sculptor JB Green as a guest professional artist at its 2025 fair, held from October 15th through October 19th. Green will showcase a new wood sculpture, offering fairgoers a special opportunity to experience his three-dimensional artistry in person.
