MARGATE, Fla. - s4story -- MAYN Laundry Co. today announced plans for a modern, purpose-built laundromat at 1821 N State Road 7 in Margate, Florida. The location is anticipated to open in Summer 2027 and is being designed to serve households and businesses throughout Margate and nearby Broward County communities.

Current plans call for 30 commercial washers ranging from 30 to 85 pounds and 32 dryer pockets. MAYN also plans to offer self-service laundry, wash-and-fold, pickup and delivery, and commercial laundry services. The store's equipment mix, layout, and service flow are being planned around a straightforward goal: making laundry day work better for customers with everyday loads, bulky items, and recurring laundry needs.

"We are building MAYN around a simple idea: laundry day should work better," said Natalie Bitton, co-owner of MAYN Laundry Co. "From the equipment mix and store layout to the services we plan to offer, every decision is being considered through the customer's experience.
