CHICAGO - s4story -- Nelcielo Mobility Holdings NFP today announced the formation of the Velocity RAM Fund, an infrastructure catalyst activation platform designed to support the development of the cornerstone multi-operator UAM locations in the safe deployment Urban Air Mobility (UAM), autonomous ground systems, and intelligent transportation infrastructure.
