The project titled after the late No Limit East honcho and lead motivator of the division starts off with "Emmett Dove Voicemail Intro'," a Producer 9-0 produced introduction. Lanardo Myrick aka Producer 9-0  said, "I know E is gone in the physical but I will continue to keep his presence and spirit alive with No Limit East. There are two things he loved in this world: His daughter, Emily and indie music. From rock and roll to hip-hop, he want independent artists to succeed."

The album's retro feeling rolls hard with No Limit Forever and East artists that did not release projects during their time with No Limit Records like A-Lexxus, Chuck Beezy, Oak and others.
