It takes about 10 days to know if you are pregnant with a blood test, and about 14 with a urine test if you are looking. If you are not looking, it may be anywhere from two to eight weeks to notice you are not having your period or beginning to feel morning sickness.
That means that starting in Mid November and lasting through December (and possibly into January), a large percentage of women will be finding out they are pregnant. It's important news to them, and they need to know what to do about it!
