Nunify Launches Zuno, an AI Attendee Co-Pilot, Redefining How Event Apps Support Attendees
S For Story/10682664
Nunify announces Zuno, an AI-powered attendee co-pilot for your events and conferences. Zuno represents a shift from feature-heavy event apps to intelligent, invisible support that attendees can rely on in real time.
AUSTIN, Texas - s4story -- Nunify, an all-in-one event technology platform, has announced the launch of Zuno, an AI-powered attendee co-pilot, as part of a broader upgrade to its event app. Zuno is designed to address a long-standing issue in the events industry: attendee support has remained largely manual and reactive, despite most attendee questions being predictable and time-sensitive.
Historically, event apps were built to replace printed agendas and PDFs, functioning primarily as digital brochures with search. As engagement declined, the industry responded by adding features such as polls, Q&A, and gamification. However, these features often failed to change attendee behavior because they were introduced without addressing the underlying friction attendees face during live events.

Zuno approaches the problem differently. It acts as a real-time help desk for attendees, answering common questions such as directions, timings, exhibitor information, and on-ground logistics. By ingesting information from PDFs, floor maps, websites, presentations, and ongoing updates, Zuno converts fragmented data into clear, contextual answers. When confidence is low or information is missing, Zuno escalates queries to human teams.
"Most attendee questions are predictable, yet events still rely on manual support," said Gautam Singh, Director at Nunify. "Zuno treats this as a system problem, not a people problem. By answering questions instantly and escalating only when needed, we reduce friction for attendees and pressure on event teams at the same time."
Alongside Zuno, Nunify has rolled out additional event app upgrades, including a refreshed app design, automated notifications, and new gamification elements. These updates are guided by Nunify's internal CONNECT framework, which emphasizes reducing cognitive load, removing decision friction, and fitting naturally into the attendee's moment rather than competing for attention.

Zuno is currently live, with pilot deployments underway, and live demos available for organizers and venue operators. The launch reflects a broader shift in how Nunify views event technology not as a collection of features, but as an invisible layer that supports attendees without demanding effort or attention.
