Ocean's Harbor House Welcomes Four New Members to Board of Directors

TOMS RIVER, N.J. - s4story -- Ocean's Harbor House is pleased to welcome four accomplished community and business leaders to its Board of Directors: Billy Barr, Aaron Hajart, Ginny Haines and Micayla Weissburg. Together, they bring extensive experience in business, healthcare, nonprofit leadership and public service, along with a shared commitment to strengthening the community. The new members will help support Ocean's Harbor House as it continues its mission of providing housing, supportive services, outreach and advocacy for teens and young adults experiencing homelessness, facing imminent homelessness or in crisis.

"We are proud to welcome Billy, Aaron, Ginny and Micayla to the Ocean's Harbor House Board of Directors," said Matthew Manfra, President of Ocean's Harbor House Board of Directors. "Each brings a unique perspective and valuable experience to our organization, along with a strong commitment to our community and the young people we serve."

Billy Barr brings more than 30 years of management and strategic planning experience. He founded and led two analytics-focused companies and previously served as a senior manager with a major pharmaceutical manufacturer. Barr also has nonprofit board experience supporting organizations serving women escaping domestic violence and providing healthcare to women in Haiti.

Aaron Hajart, MS, ATC, FACHE, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Community Medical Center in Toms River. An experienced healthcare executive, Hajart brings expertise in strategic planning, healthcare management, business development and leadership. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Ginny Haines, a lifelong Ocean County resident, brings more than four decades of public service and community leadership. She has served as an Ocean County Commissioner, Executive Director of the New Jersey State Lottery and Assemblywoman for New Jersey's 10th Legislative District. Haines has also supported numerous civic, youth and charitable organizations throughout Ocean County.

Micayla Weissburg brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, program development and community impact. She currently serves as Director of Operations at NonProfitConnect and has held leadership positions focused on youth development, community partnerships and expanding access to opportunity. Weissburg holds a Master of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

The addition of Barr, Hajart, Haines and Weissburg strengthens the Board's diverse expertise and community connections as Ocean's Harbor House continues working to provide young people with the resources, skills and support needed to achieve greater stability and independence.
