The newest episode, "Inside the Great Egret Clubhouse at Avenir," was released October 10, 2026. It shows the clubhouse that opened in early August on 13 acres, with a resort-style pool, pickleball and tennis courts, and a spa. Both stream on The American Dream Network, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV and Roku.

"We built our home here, we live here, and we sell here," Treu said. "When a buyer asks what the clubhouse is really like or what the build process looks like, I am telling them what we see on a regular day."

Steve Treu holds a Construction Engineering degree from Purdue University and spent 17 years managing commercial construction projects before joining real estate. "Lisa knows the market and the negotiation," he said. "I know how a building goes together. When we walk a new home with a buyer, we cover both."
