Pandamoon Publishing Transitions Ownership to Christine Gabriel & Elgon Williams
S For Story/10584316
AUSTIN, Texas - s4story -- Today, Pandamoon Publishing announces the transition of ownership to Christine Gabriel and Elgon Williams. Previously, Gabriel and Williams, who are also published authors, served on the Board of Directors handling the Communication and Marketing Departments, respectively. Zara Kramer and Allan Kramer will retain minority interests in the newly formed Pandamoon Publishing LLC. and will continue as members of the Board of Advisors for the corporation. The complete transition to new ownership will be completed this month.
"Christine and I are excited to expand our roles with Pandamoon. We were among the first authors signed nearly ten years ago and share the vision both Zara and Allan had from the outset," said Williams about the announcement. "Our goal is to make any necessary adjustments to improve our processes without causing any disruptions to what has been working successfully since the beginning."
"Elgon and I have worked closely on many projects over the years, and we have a great rapport with our authors, editors and graphic artists," Gabriel said. "We want the transition to be remarkably seamless. And it's great that Zara and Allan will be there to offer advice as needed.

Pandamoon Publishing was founded in 2011 by Zara and Allan Kramer in Austin, TX as a small independent publisher offering many of the services previously available only from large traditional houses. The objective was to disrupt the industry and rethink the time interval between acquisition and publication through streamlining of processes with the focus on marketing. They signed their first authors in late 2011 and released their first publication in the fall of 2012. Over the past decade, Pandamoon has published nearly 100 titles spanning such genres as crime mystery thrillers, science fiction fantasy, and southern grit-lit.
Pandamoon Publishing focuses on publishing quality and unique fiction works and distributes them through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, and Ingram, as well as other book distributors and bookstores worldwide, including Powell's and Books-A-Million. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Pandamoon Publishing is dedicated to growing good ideas into great reads…one book at a time.
