FREDERICK, Md. - s4story -- Experience an evening of music like no other as Porter Carroll Jr. presents The Evolution of Cabaret at New Spire Arts on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 7:30 PM. Renowned as the founder of the legendary R&B/Pop group Atlantic Starr and a longtime touring member with Hall & Oates, Carroll has redefined the cabaret experience, blending genres and pushing boundaries to create a show that is bold, daring, and completely unique.
