As early as August 2, 2021, the Company intends to change its corporate name to Ecovyst Inc. following the targeted closing of the Performance Chemicals business sale. Ecovyst common shares will continue trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the new ticker symbol, ECVT, with a new CUSIP number of 27923Q 109, which is expected to occur on or about August 3, 2021.
