A proven leader in enterprise sales performance, Barnett brings over two decades of experience in designing and executing strategies that deliver measurable growth. He has led high-impact initiatives for major clients in financial services, life sciences, technology, and manufacturing, helping sales organizations navigate complex buying environments and achieve sustained performance improvement.

Barnett has worked extensively with strategic accounts and enterprise organizations, specializing in building seller effectiveness and performance systems that transform sales organizations from the ground up. He is also enthusiastic about the evolving role of technology in sales training, particularly the integration of AI in coaching and simulation.
