BOSTON - s4story -- RAIN Group, a global sales training company, announced today that its office administrator, Kate Olson, was recognized in the 2019 Boston Admin Awards.
Olson, who began her first administrative role nearly three years ago at RAIN Group, was awarded Rookie of the Year for the significant impact she's had on the firm.
"RAIN Group has allowed me to do so much more than perform the typical duties of an office administrator," shared Olson. "It's an honor to receive this award. I feel so fortunate to work with such an amazing and talented team."
A former event planner and restaurant manager, Olson joined RAIN Group in 2016 and is responsible for balancing schedules of the company executives, qualifying prospects, assisting with RFPs, planning international conferences, coordinating travel, and preparing workshop materials. In addition to overseeing daily operations at the company's headquarters in the Boston area, Kate also assists consulting partners across the U.S., and international practice directors in Bogotá, Geneva, Johannesburg, London, Mumbai, Seoul, Sydney, and Toronto.
