FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – 9/9/2026 – Houston, Texas, Centric Compounding
is voluntarily recalling 6 lots of Glutathione 200mg/mL, Myer's Cocktail, and Tri-Immune Boost injectable vials to the consumer level. The products have been found to be compounded with a Glutathione API containing elevated endotoxin levels.

Risk Statement:
There is reasonable probability that injectable products with elevated endotoxin levels could cause significant medical events including fevesr, hypotension, inflammatory reactions, anaphylactic shock and death. Centric Compounding has received 9 reports of fever, chills, chest pain, nausea/vomiting, headache, and/or malaise.

The products are used to support immunity, fatigue, and general wellness and are packaged in 30mL multidose vials. The affected Glutathione, Myer's Cocktail, and Tri-Immune Boost lots include the following lot numbers and expiration dates:

Centric Compounding is notifying its distributors and customers by email and is arranging for replacement of all recalled products. Consumers that have Glutathione, Myer's Cocktail, and Tri-Immune Boost which is being recalled should stop using and discard any affected vials.

Consumers should contact their physician or healthcare provider if they have experienced any problems that may be related to taking or using this drug product.
