While the company is closed, I personally purchased the company domain www.rxprocessingcorp.com and publicly make claim, A tribute message is posted on the site going live this week.  This notice is to recognize the loss of Corporate Books, Plausible total loss of Transfer agent Records, and Corporate technology Infrastructure (Websites, Emails, Client lists all Data loss) since inception besides public filings.

This Correspondence is Notice to Shareholders of Record with Paper Share Certificates that were mailed in 2008 to contact myself Peter Fiorillo. The purpose is to create a shareholder record of the past company.  At this point in time Establishing a Pharmacy Business at that domain will not be possible, as dependance on Pharmacy being tied to National Infrastructure for regulatory and security purposes is correct.
