Expansion reflects the firm's continued success and Kingston's appeal to families relocating from New York City
KINGSTON, N.Y. - s4story -- Ryan & Ryan Insurance Brokers, Inc. announced Friday the relocation of its corporate headquarters to a larger facility in Kingston, reflecting the company's continued growth, long-standing commitment to the area, and the post-pandemic appeal of the mid-Hudson Valley to families relocating from New York City.
"We're moving, but not departing from our Kingston roots," said founder Robert J. Ryan Jr. "We're relocating to a larger facility at 95 Schwenk Drive to handle growth. Ironically, I'm returning to the same office building where I worked until 2001, before we opened Ryan & Ryan."

The firm's new office adds 1,300 square feet and will accommodate 17 employees in 13 offices, along with additional workstations. The new location is just across the parking lot from the company's previous quarters.
"We're fortunate to be part of the growth in the insurance business for privately owned agencies nationwide," Ryan said. "According to Insurance Journal, these agencies now provide more than 87 percent of U.S. commercial coverage, 61 percent of national property and casualty insurance, and are seeing a recent surge in personal lines of coverage."
The family-owned agency has served Kingston and the mid-Hudson region for more than 65 years and currently has nearly 5,000 policyholders.
