PRINCETON, N.J. - s4story -- Sakai announces the release of Sakai 20, which significantly improves functionality and user experience. Sakai is the LMS that provides the best learning outcomes for students according to independent survey research (MISO Survey, 2018). As a truly open solution built entirely by its close-knit user community, Sakai 20 owes many of its improvements to extensive feedback from faculty and student partners.
Sakai 20 includes CLOUD STORAGE INTEGRATIONS, which enable university faculty to find documents easily in Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive. This cloud integration helps fulfill Sakai's goal of making Sakai easier to use for faculty. Other improvements that make Sakai easier to use include improvements to GRADING that allow faculty to easily view assignments and provide feedback. Sakai 20 also eases GROUP COLLABORATION in large classes and enables more seamless learning content creation.
