S For Story/10433743
Encompassing individuals from all walks of life and hiring the right people for the right job, Jennifer Chi, Founder and CEO of Live Good Inc., an American-Made sustainable manufacturing company, built her team on diversity and inclusivity. "Working with Live Good is such a joy! As a mother of two, I love being a part of a company that is so engaged and respectful of the local community. It's nice to see artists and college students coming together with church members and Goodwill participants to create sustainable, organic products and spread an important message." Krysten New, Live Good Inc. Seamstress
To accommodate and integrate employees with disabilities including autism, spina bifida, down syndrome, and deafness, Chi partnered with the Goodwill of Orange County Job Development Program and for the past five years Live Good Inc. has hired and trained over 20 participants.
More than just an environmentally conscious establishment, Live Good Inc. is a trailblazer on a mission to unify communities.
"I think people forget how young America is as a country. We are only at the beginning of this great American experiment. Other nations have been around for centuries and those cultures are slow to evolve. But here, we observe how fast culture changes with each new President or technological breakthrough. So what does it mean to be an American? For me, it means being a part of the most culturally diverse, socially advanced, and exciting nation on the planet. Add to that a passion for justice that grows stronger with each generation... that is what I love most about this country." Jennifer Chi, Founder and CEO of Live Good Inc.

About Live Good Inc.
Live Good, Inc. was founded in 2012 as a direct response to current deplorable manufacturing conditions. As a human rights investigator examining factory production in Asia with a focus on human trafficking, Live Good Founder Jennifer Chi saw firsthand the devastating toll present-day mass manufacturing has on human rights and the environment. The company's goal is to model and inspire conscientious manufacturing: promoting local, organic methods that make a positive impact on people and the planet. By manufacturing in the United States, Live Good can ensure that the highest standards of hygiene and fair labor practices are maintained. All products are manufactured in Orange County, California using 100% certified organic source materials and eco-conscious, community-minded practices.
