The Adventure Park at Nashville Offers New Axe-Throwing Activity
S For Story/10449974
The Park Is Nashville's Only Outdoor Axe-Throwing Venue; Visit on November 22, 2020 for a Free Axe Throwing Day
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - s4story -- The Adventure Park at Nashville, an outdoor aerial adventure park with zipline and ropes courses, announced the addition of an axe-throwing activity outdoors.
Axe-throwing has taken off over the years. As part of another way for people to enjoy the outdoors, the Park set up three axe-throwing lanes for people to enjoy with social distancing protocols in place. Participants can rent lanes for up to 5 people in 60-minute increments. To get started, an axe-throwing coach provides instructions and is available throughout each session. The age requirement is 12 years old, and for children aged 12-18, an adult who is also a participant must accompany the child.
"We know people are enjoying the outdoors more than ever right now. We're thrilled to offer this new outdoor activity for our guests," said Candie Fisher, VP of Sales and Marketing for The Adventure Park. "Axe throwing has grown tremendously in popularity over the past few years, but most axe-throwing venues are indoors. We wanted to bring this unique activity to the outdoors, where people can easily social distance and be in the fresh air. This is a fantastic time of year to be outside in the trees."
