Stamm has defended DUI, vehicular, and serious criminal cases for more than 40 years. He is the author of Maryland DUI Law, the West/Thomson Reuters treatise he has updated annually since its first edition in 2008, and has served as Dean of the National College for DUI Defense and as President of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys' Association. North Dakota — addressing issues including forensic laboratory testimony, warrantless blood draws, and chemical test refusals.
