(SAVANNAH, Ga.) — The Coop is celebrating its two-year anniversary by inviting the Savannah community to experience its supportive, welcoming fitness environment during Bring-a-Friend Week, Monday, Nov. 10, through Friday, Nov. 14. During this special week, non-members are welcome to attend any class for free and discover why The Coop has become one of the area's most beloved fitness destinations.
Founded in 2023 by husband-and-wife team James and Morgan Cooper, The Coop offers functional fitness classes for all levels. In early September, the gym moved to a larger, upgraded facility to better serve its growing community. The Coop's expert coaching staff motivates and guides members at every level, combining expertise and encouragement to help each person reach their personal best.
"The Coop has always been about connection—lifting each other up inside and outside the gym," said James Cooper, co-owner of The Coop. "Bring-a-Friend Week is our way of welcoming new faces to see what makes this community so special."
"Savannah has supported us from day one, and we can't wait to meet new members during Bring-a-Friend Week," added Morgan Cooper, co-owner.
