WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. - s4story -- The Watermark at Vistawilla, a sophisticated assisted living and memory care community located on E. State Road 434 in Winter Springs, hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony with The Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce on August 22. More than 100 guests attended the ceremony.
The community, which recently celebrated its one-year anniversary, has 87 apartments for rent with a number of unique floor plans and sizes. It will be home to up to 99 local seniors when fully occupied. On-site amenities include lush gardens and nature paths, café, wellness center, state-of-the-art movie theater, beauty salon and barbershop.
"We're thrilled to officially celebrate our opening with the support of the Winter Springs community," said David Goldsmith, executive director of The Watermark at Vistawilla. "Over the past year, our residents have settled in and made The Watermark at Vistawilla home. This event was a celebration of all that we've accomplished and all that is to come for current and future residents."
