Tiny's Milk & Cookies opens new Heights location on White Oak Drive
S For Story/10686460
HOUSTON - s4story -- Colliers is proud to announce its role representing Tiny's Milk & Cookies in securing its newest location in the heart of The Heights. The beloved walk-up bakery concept has officially opened its latest outpost at 3423 White Oak Drive, bringing its signature chocolate chip cookies, house-made ice cream, and fresh-baked pastries to one of Houston's most vibrant neighborhood corridors.
This new Heights location continues the brand's growth across Houston and Austin, marking its fifth location and introducing an expanded walk up with the porch-style charm Tiny's fans know and love. Wade Greene and Hannah Schiro of Colliers represented Tiny's Milk & Cookies in the lease transaction, securing a ten-year deal in the new bungalow-style development at the corner of White Oak Drive and Cortlandt Street.
"We have been targeting The Heights for a few years, and we finally found the right site at the right time. White Oak is already a well-established retail corridor, but we believe it is still early in its growth and has significant runway ahead. We are thrilled to add Tiny's Milk & Cookies to The Heights trade area. The restored freestanding bungalow is a very special piece of real estate as it perfectly reflects the nostalgic and charming character of the brand. We look forward to seeing its success in the neighborhood for many years to come!" says Schiro.

Tiny's Milk & Cookies' expansion into The Heights reflects the brand's commitment to serving walkable, community-focused neighborhoods. The new location is expected to draw steady foot traffic and further enhance the energy of the White Oak corridor.
Reflecting on the opening, co-owner Baron Doke shared, "We've been dreaming of opening a store in The Heights for years. We are so proud of how our new space turned out. It's been amazing seeing the Heights community walk up with their kids or ride their bikes up for a morning coffee or an afternoon croissant. Our team has been so welcomed by the community and is already getting to know our regulars' names and coffee orders by heart. Being a part of people's daily rituals has always been a big part of our brand. We could not be happier to be here."
