Davis brings more than 20 years of financial services experience spanning retirement plan sales, investment management and institutional fixed income. He will report to Jeff Schreiber, TRA's Vice President of National Sales & Distribution.

Davis most recently served as Vice President, Retirement Plans Mid-Market with USI Consulting/OneAmerica, where he focused on retirement plan sales and asset growth in Southern California. He has also held leadership positions in retirement plan sales and consulting, supporting 401(k), defined benefit, 403(b), deferred compensation and employee stock ownership plans. His broader financial services background includes investment management, institutional sales and intermediary distribution.

Davis earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, with finance concentrations in mergers and acquisitions and investment portfolio management.
