U.S. Nonprofit Launches First Digital Birth Identity Passport to Protect Children From Birth

Genesis Shield™, created in Virginia, introduces a new standard to protect children's digital identity from their earliest moments of life
LEESBURG, Va. - s4story -- LEESBURG, VA — CyberInnoShield Foundation, a U.S.-based nonprofit organization, today announces the launch of GENESIS SHIELD™, the first Digital Birth Identity Passport designed to protect a child's digital identity from birth.
The initiative was born from a simple but powerful question asked by a 12-year-old girl:
"Mom, when I was a baby, was I digitally protected?"
That question revealed a global gap. While children receive medical records and legal identities at birth, no structured system exists to protect their digital identity from the very beginning.
GENESIS SHIELD™ addresses this gap by introducing a "Privacy by Design" approach, empowering families to understand and protect their child's digital presence from day one.
The Digital Birth Identity Passport provides parents with:
Awareness of their child's digital rights
Structured guidance for safe digital exposure
A long-term vision for identity protection in an AI-driven world

"Digital risks do not start in adolescence. They begin at the first data point," said Adeline NJAWA T., Founder and CEO of CyberInnoShield Foundation. "We created GENESIS SHIELD™ to ensure that protection starts at birth — not after harm occurs."
Headquartered in Leesburg, Virginia, CyberInnoShield Foundation focuses on human-centered cybersecurity, combining technology, education, and behavioral awareness to address modern digital threats.
The organization is currently engaging with institutions and partners to explore real-world deployment of GENESIS SHIELD™ and establish a new standard for protecting children in the digital age.
