CHARLOTTE, N.C. - s4story -- Flourish | Change Your Environment, Change Your Life will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 from 11am-5pm at the PINE venue located at 4100 Raleigh Street. Entrepreneurship starts with personal growth and this conference aims to nurture change through mental health topics, small business resources, and inspiring stories from local entrepreneurs. According to a recent Wells Fargo study, North Carolina is the second best state in the nation for women entrepreneurs and this conference invites aspiring, emerging, and seasoned entrepreneurs.

Flourish will provide the environment for purposeful connection, introspection, and courage to become your most authentic self. Mental health experts will discuss the behaviors and habits that signal that something may need attention in your life.

"As you continue to grow as a person, it will reflect out in your business and make the greater impact in who you serve," said founder, Tatiana Cole. "Flourish is providing hope and courage to women to remove the layers of what once was and reveal the true essence of their existence."

"We can talk about business all day but you're just seeing that shadow of our business. Who is Shajara? Who is Tatiana? Who is Whitney?  Who is Shemaine…out of our business? You get to say, look at what she did although what she went through." says, Shajarazade Rodriguez, Flourish speaker.

Local entrepreneurs will share their story and provide a glimpse into what it took for them to overcome personal challenges while being in business. Attendees will leave with steps to get them started on their flourish journey, resources from local businesses, and a sisterhood ready to support them.
