McGovern Award, and Dr. Leana Wen, recipient of the Walter C. Alvarez Award. AMWA 2022 will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel.

Founded in 1970, the Editorial Freelancers Association is a national nonprofit professional organization with approximately 3,000 members, including writers, editors, copy editors, proofreaders, indexers, translators and others who work in publishing, communications, and related fields.
