ContactHoney Takes Aim at Per-Seat CRM Pricing

Former TV Editor and Director Turned Software Engineer for NASA-Level Missions Is on a Mission to Save Small Businesses a Ton of Money
ERIE, Colo. - s4story -- Norm Strassner, whose software has supported the U.S. Space Force, Air Force and NOAA, built ContactHoney so small teams can stop paying a PER-SEAT CRM fee on every employee.
ERIE, Colo., October 19, 2026: Small businesses are overpaying for customer software, and ContactHoney wants to fix that.
His answer is ContactHoney (contacthoney.com), an all-in-one CRM that combines contacts, email, calendar, call logging, deal tracking and an AI assistant in one app. It costs a flat $19.95 a month for up to 50 users, with no per-seat fees and no feature tiers.
Many leading CRMs charge $25 to $100 or more per user each month. For a 25-person team, that is $625 to $2,500 a month, or $7,500 to $30,000 a year. The same team on ContactHoney pays less than $240 a year.

"If you build a better tool and charge less for it than the competition, people will find you." Strassner said. "Television taught me to respect the person using the tool. Government work taught me what real security and reliability look like. ContactHoney brings all of that to a small business operation at a price that finally makes sense."
Everything included, nothing to upsell
ContactHoney includes features that competitors often put behind higher tiers or add-on fees:
ContactHoney offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, plus a live demo. It was named a Top 1 Daily Winner on SaasHunt.

ContactHoney includes features that competitors often put behind higher tiers or add-on fees:
- Real email integration. It connects to any IMAP/SMTP account, including Outlook and Microsoft 365, and links messages to the right contact automatically.
- "Ask ContactHoney" AI assistant. Users can type or speak to it. It runs on Claude, GPT or Gemini using the customer's own API key, so there is no AI markup, and it asks for approval before changing any data.
- Private databases per team member. Owners control what is shared, which suits law firms, medical practices and other businesses where privacy matters.
- Security included. Passkey multi-factor authentication, a REST API and signed webhooks come with every plan, and the company says it never sells data or uses contacts to train AI.
- Mobile and Windows apps. Native iOS, Android and Windows versions are included at no extra cost.
ContactHoney offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, plus a live demo. It was named a Top 1 Daily Winner on SaasHunt.
