ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - s4story -- Flagler Open Arms Recovery Services (Flagler OARS) and Discover & Recover St. Johns County announce the Second Chance Open, a charity disc golf tournament on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, at Moccasin Creek Disc Golf Course, 5840 FL-207 E, Elkton, FL (St. Johns County Fairgrounds). The second annual event supports recovery services for individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder in Flagler and St. Johns counties.

The tournament, presented in partnership with Discover & Recover St. Johns County and the St. Augustine Disc Golf Club, reflects the spirit of second chances at the heart of Flagler OARS' mission. Check-in begins at 8 a.m. Activities include cash payouts, closest-to-the-pin challenges, food and drinks, raffles, mystery disc giveaways, and the popular Ring of Fire challenge.

"This year's tournament is about showing up for our community and reminding people that recovery is possible," Brock said. "Whether you've played disc golf for years or you're trying it for the first time, every person who joins us helps strengthen hope and support right here at home."

Proceeds benefit Flagler OARS' and Discover & Recover's recovery services, including peer support groups, one-on-one mentoring, free Narcan distribution, and community education programs.
