NEW YORK - s4story -- John A. Brennan, an award-winning author died last month at the age of 72 in New York. John's association with Escribe Publishing goes back to 2014 when he entered into a collaboration with the company to publish his first book, entitled "Don't Die with Regrets, Ireland and the Lessons My Father Taught Me. The book, an autobiography detailing the author's childhood in Ireland, his travels, and his eventual migration to America, won the author his first literary award. In 2015. John would go on to publish what became the Brennan Signature Series when he wrote Out of the Ice, The Journey, and In the Realm of Spirit.

States Diane Martin, the company's managing director, and editor, "I counted John as not only a client but a friend as well. One of my most enduring memories of him was seeing how thrilled he was when we attended the Next Generation Indie Book Awards ceremony at the Harvard Club in New York City. It was his first literary award, and even more amazingly, it was for his first book, the book he dedicated to his late father Mal. John was more than a writer, he was a philosopher too. Moreover, his intellect and beautiful spirit will be sorely missed. We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Brennan family.
