The veteran Psychotherapist has "taken it to the streets" to host a thoughtfully guided journey of self-discovery through mock "teletherapy sessions" with popular mental health advocates. This five-part series will provide guests and viewers with the tools they need to discover, uncover, and begin to heal from the trauma and depression exacerbated by the daily struggles of American life.
