Leeds College of Building (LCB) is celebrating after taking home two awards at the 'Building the Future' Construction Awards in Birmingham.
LEEDS, U.K. - s4story -- The college won both the 'Best Further Education Provider Supporting Careers in Construction' award and the 'Best Higher Education Provider Supporting Careers in Construction' award.
Celebrated annually, the Building the Future Construction Awards recognise those who advance skills, leadership, innovation, and inclusivity within the built environment.
The awards were held at Edgbaston Stadium and were hosted by actor and presenter Colson Smith and CEO of the OM Group, Damini Sharma.
Commenting on the double win, LCB Principal & CEO Nikki Davis said:
"We are absolutely delighted to take home awards in both further and higher education. It is recognition of all the amazing work our staff do that contributes to student success.
"Over the last few years, our higher education provision has grown massively, so to be acknowledged by the Building the Future Construction Awards is fantastic.
"Across all levels of construction education, we offer fantastic progression routes into industry, and these awards are testament to that."
