Lloyd Roofing introduces Buyback Credit Program for commercial roof repairs and maintenance
S For Story/10706091
FORT MYERS, Fla. - s4story -- Lloyd Roofing launched a Buyback Credit Program, an innovative approach designed to help commercial property owners in Southwest Florida extend roof life today while building savings toward a future roof replacement.
The program allows enrolled commercial properties to earn a credit equal to 10% of qualifying repair and maintenance services performed by Lloyd Roofing. Accumulated credits can later be applied toward the purchase of a full roof replacement for that same property, helping owners better manage long-term roofing expenses and capital planning.
"Property owners are constantly balancing the need to maintain their roofs today while budgeting for tomorrow," said Rast Bryant, general manager of Lloyd Roofing's Southwest Florida division. "With our Buyback Credit Program, the money spent on repairs and maintenance can help support a future roof replacement, giving owners another tool to protect their investment over the long term."
The program is available to a wide range of commercial properties, including office buildings, high-rises, hotels and resorts, shopping centers, churches, multifamily communities and condominium properties. After enrollment, most repair and maintenance services performed by Lloyd Roofing qualify for credit accumulation.
